Gluten free eating can be delicious and healthy. Try this easy to cook chickendish suitable for every day of the week. Children tend to love it.
1. Cook the rice according to package directions. 2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken halfway times 4 min. Remove chicken from pan. Fry the onion in same pan. Cook the green beans with 1 min. Add the frozen garden peas, pesto and 75 ml of water. 2. Place chicken between the vegetables. Oven with the lid on the pan on low heat for 10 minutes until tender. Add 3/4 of the parsley and toss. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the chicken and vegetables with rice. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
